01 The challenge
The brief
Tree work is a trust purchase. Homeowners are letting a crew with chainsaws and cranes into their yard, often right after a storm, and they choose fast based on who looks most professional and most local.
TimberTech's previous web presence was held by another agency, including the domain itself. The business didn't fully own its most important online asset, and the existing site undersold a licensed, insured crew with real equipment.
02 The approach
The angle
We gave the site a confident, outdoorsy look with deep forest green, warm orange and bold condensed headlines, and wrote copy that leads with what customers worry about most: safety, insurance, cleanup and response time.
Trust signals sit right under the hero: licensed and insured, 24/7 emergency response, family owned, verified reviews and discounts for military, veterans and first responders.

03 What we built
Deliverables
- 21-page static website, designed and written in house
- Pages for each core service, including 24/7 storm response
- 10 community pages from Jacksonville to DeLand
- Before and after photo gallery from real jobs
- Four-step process section, estimate to cleanup
- Estimate form with Netlify form handling
- Business name, address and phone made consistent site wide
- Click-to-call on every page
04 Behind the scenes
The details that matter
We managed the domain transfer away from the prior agency, pointed DNS at the new site and kept downtime to a minimum during the cutover.
We also manage TimberTech's Google Business Profile so the listing, the website and the review profile all tell the same story.
05 Where it stands
TimberTech now owns a fast, modern site on its own domain, built to win the call when a tree comes down.
