01 The challenge
The brief
Custom pools are a big-ticket, high-anxiety purchase, and almost every builder in the market hides pricing behind an in-home consultation. Homeowners compare three builders and come away with three appointment requests and no numbers.
Palm Coast Pools does excellent work and builds across Flagler, St. Johns and Volusia counties, but the website and listings weren't telling that story or capturing the buyers searching in each community.
02 The approach
The angle
We built the brand message around transparency: a published starting price, a realistic 16 to 20 week build timeline, and an honest explanation of local soil conditions. Those became the three proof points on the homepage and the backbone of the sales conversation.
From there we planned a site structure that answers every question a serious buyer asks before they call, and gives each community the builder serves its own page.

03 What we built
Deliverables
- 32-page website, designed and written in house
- Dedicated pricing page with what the base build includes
- Pages for financing, features and the build process
- 10 community pages from Grand Haven to St. Augustine
- Real project photography only, no stock or renders
- Free estimate form tested end to end
- Google Analytics 4 and Search Console with sitemap
- Domain kept with the client, hosting on Netlify
04 Behind the scenes
The details that matter
We cleaned up the Google Business Profile from top to bottom: replies on every review, 24 new project photos, a square logo, a product card for the starting package, and service areas expanded to all three counties. The showroom address stays public because customers visit the display pool in person.
We also checked the Facebook page and Bing listing for consistent name, address and phone details.
05 Where it stands
After launch the engagement moved into an ongoing content program with weekly Google and Facebook posts and monthly reporting. The owners were happy enough with the work that they brought us a second business.
